As well as considering your pass rate, you also have to consider your chances of getting a test place in your desired timeframe. Test centres are very busy and it can be difficult to get a test appointment quickly. It can take many months to get a test appointment.
If your driving instructor tells you when they think you can take your practical test, it is a good idea to listen to them as they know when it is busy and when it is less busy, which can improve your pass rate.
